Very beautiful place and very helpful stuff specifically Miss Shaimaa and Miss Rana at the front desk..

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, located right in the heart of Zamalek. The location is perfect — everything is within walking distance, which made getting around so easy. One of the highlights of our stay was the warm welcome we received from the reception staff; their genuine smiles and friendly attitude made us feel right at home.We would definitely consider staying here again!

The hotel is beautiful in a busy area and with a lot of life around.The room was really big, clean and confortable.The staff is great and very helpful starting from the receptionists to the cleaners.The breakfast is amazing, a lot of options and good quality.I recommend it 100%

I stayed 3 nights at Jewel Zamalek Hotel Cairo, in different rooms, and overall, I had a very good experience.The location is excellent—right by the Nile and close to other well-known hotel brands. The rooms are large and well-equipped, with facilities such as a fridge, a hair dryer, dressing gown, and balcony. The hotel also has a pool, a rooftop terrace with great views, and a restaurant, which makes the stay very comfortable.A special thank you to the night-shift receptionist and the bellman, as well as Rana and Shimaa, for their kindness and professionalism. Their hospitality really made a difference during my stay.I would only mention, politely, that the rooms on the 4th floor are not as beautiful or updated as the others I stayed in, but the overall quality of the hotel remains very good.I have also stayed at Jewel Sharm El Sheikh, and I am very happy with this brand—they maintain a consistent level of comfort and service.I would recommend Jewel Zamalek to anyone visiting Cairo who wants a spacious room, a great location, and warm Egyptian hospitality

I booked for a week, I was there for holiday. All staff were so nice, the hotel and the rooms were very clean daily. Good food as well. It was a nice stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
